Hi, I’m Jennifer Dennis, and I focus on wedding coordination. Many of my clients are comfortable with planning their own wedding (securing their own vendors and finalizing their contracts) but realize that they need support with managing the details and overall timeline for the wedding and need someone make sure that the day runs as smoothly as possible. I differ from a day-of coordinator because partner with my clients from the time the they hire me. The Love This Little City package for Wedding Coordination in Greenville, SC is offered at $3695 and includes:
Three Meetings and Rehearsal & Wedding Day Coordination
- 1 hour initial meeting at the time of booking to review what you will be planning for your wedding and to work up the timeline for your wedding day
- 1 hour layout meeting to work through a preliminary layout and rentals needs (this is usually scheduled fairly soon after the initial meeting)
- 1 hour details meeting about two months out to wrap up the details and review what needs to be finalized
- 2 hour venue visit one month before the wedding to finalize layout and discuss all of the on-site details
- 1 hour for the ceremony rehearsal
- 12 hours on the day of the wedding to oversee setup and coordinate the ceremony and reception
Organizational Tools
- a copy of my multi-page wedding workbook, which is how I get all of the information that I need to know about your wedding
- I also create a wedding timeline for all pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception activities and share with you and all vendors, via email, prior to the wedding date (which helps to troubleshoot any arrival time, setup time issues)
Resources
- email and phone communication with me throughout the planning process for questions and advice
- access to my day-of kit to help with any little hiccups that pop up on the wedding day (safety pins, bandaids, and so many other items!)
